-64-bit Windows 7 was causing issues with Hardping Registration.  This has been fixed.

-Automatically flushes the arp cache before a scan,
 this allows for better diagnostic use of hardping,
 you can now do the following test:
	-continuous hardping a remote computer, it will show the replies
	-unplug the remote computer,  it will say that it no longer responds
	-plug back in the remote computer, it will show the replies
 Modification was made to both the command line and windows edition
